The Van Herk Groep real estate portfolio is worth some EUR 1.5 billion and comprises residential property, shops, shopping centres, large-scale retail trading establishments, offices, industrial premises and other business premises.
Most of the property (about 90%) is in the Netherlands and a small amount (about 10%) is in the new EU countries.
